Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about the care you have received, I encourage you to discuss it with me first. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you have the option to file a complaint with the
Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg (CBKZ).

The complaints officer can mediate your complaint in an accessible and informal manner. They are impartial, provide independent advice, and can offer more information about the complaints procedure and possible next steps.
